Description

The purpose of this work proposal is to develop and implement a training strategy for the different actors of the SGSSS involved in the process of vaccination against COVID-19, improving the demand and access to vaccination services by vulnerable populations (migrants, indigenous communities, minority ethnic groups, low income), with emphasis on rural areas and areas of high population dispersion.

The activities of this technical work proposal are focused on intervention 4.6 of objective 4 which includes:
1. support the development and implementation of a human resources training strategy for SGSSS stakeholders (vaccinator IPS, territorial entities, EPS and community leaders).
This strategy seeks to improve the capacity of stakeholders (vaccinator IPS, territorial entities, EPS and community leaders) to increase the demand by the vulnerable population (migrants, indigenous communities, minority ethnic groups, low income) for vaccination services, achieving compliance with the goals of the vaccination plan against COVID-19, in each of the phases.

Commitments / Obligations

1. Identificar los factores clave atribuibles a la oferta y demanda que afectan el acceso a la vacunación contra COVID-19.
2. Desarrollar una estrategia de capacitación para personal de salud y líderes comunitarios, con el fin de formar a formadores o grupos multiplicadores, en 15
departamentos.
3. Se realizarán las capacitaciones (cursos, talleres etc) mínimo durante 5 meses, a partir de la aprobación de la estrategia de capacitación.
4. Implementar la estrategia de capacitación a través de talleres o capacitaciones virtuales, presenciales, etc. Esto incluye realizar el proceso de convocatoria, reclutamiento y seguimiento.
5. Construcción de una caja de herramientas con metodologías para el desarrollo de talleres o capacitación a personal de salud y líderes comunitarios, debe incluir
temáticas, metodologías, y materiales (presentaciones, videos, guías), esta será entregado a las secretarias de salud para continuar el proceso de desarrollo de
capacidades.
6. Coordinar las reuniones con las partes interesadas clave.
7. Informe final de la actividad.
