Description
This project seeks to support the analytical and computational challenge of this problem through the implementation of a centralized software platform that automates and facilitates the analysis and interpretation of public and private epidemiological and genomic information on SARS-CoV-2 in Colombia. Experts in Genomics, Epidemiology, Machine Learning, Bioinformatics and Systems Biology converge for this development, with the objective of contributing to the mitigation of the effects of the pandemic in the Colombian society.
