Democracy, Public Administration and Procedural Tools for the Protection of Citizens' Rights

The purpose of the research line is to promote studies on the modernization and democratization of the Public Administration, from the perspective of Comparative Law, involving elements of Electoral Law, administrative organization, the means of intervention of the State in the economy, the administrative procedure and the contentious-administrative process to promote strategies and initiatives that result in suitable public policies that lead to expansion.
