Creation of a DNA bank referring to pathologies associated with human reproduction and frequent neurological dysfunctions.

Project: Research Project

Project Details

Description

The implementation of a DNA biobank focused on pathologies associated with human reproduction and highly prevalent neurological disorders represents a high-value scientific infrastructure for translational research and genomic medicine. This biorepository will enable the standardized collection, processing, molecular characterization, storage, and management of biological specimens and their associated clinical data, ensuring sample traceability, quality assurance, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Its availability will facilitate the identification and validation of genetic variants, molecular biomarkers, and pathophysiological mechanisms involved in reproductive disorders and neurological diseases, thereby supporting the development of evidence-based diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic strategies, while strengthening multicenter research initiatives and precision medicine.
