Project Details
Description
The order Carnivora exhibits a wide phenotypic diversity, including species found in the most diverse habitats. Elucidating their evolutionary history and population structure is essential to direct conservation efforts. This proposal includes different research projects that seek, in general terms, to study different species in this order at a population genomic scale and that have undergone rapid radiation. Likewise, these are groups of interest to elucidate patterns of divergence and their underlying evolutionary processes
