The objective of this project is to describe, explain and make proposals for intervention on the variables linked to leadership, occupational well-being, organizational culture and entrepreneurship; aspects that are projected as central to business development in the 21st century (Sparks, Faragher & Cooper, 2001).The purpose is to provide empirical support for the discussion within the Administration's theories, particularly those of Organizational Behavior and to strengthen the argumentation in the analysis of perceptions about the variables studied, as well as to broaden the knowledge about the interactions and relationships that are established between them.
