Description
Substance use disorders (SUD) represent a global public health problem, covered by Sustainable Development Goals 3-4, 10-12 and 17, due to their impact on morbidity, mortality and quality of life of people worldwide. In Colombia, it is estimated that at least 13% of people have used an illicit drug at least once in their lives. Pharmacological treatment is limited and the first line is interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). The Subred Integrada de Servicios de Salud Sur in Bogotá, in the program of attention to the population with SCT, implemented CBT as a novel intervention.
Objective: To determine the impact of CBT reinforced by mobile application on the quality of life of the population with substance abuse disorders in adults between 18 and 35 years of age in therapy in the Subred Sur.
