Description

Objective: To characterize the oral and pharyngeal phases of swallowing through the use of clinical protocols and self-perception of swallowing signs and symptoms in older adults attending between March 2020 and March 2022 to the Méderi hospital network in the city of Bogota, Colombia.

A partir de los hallazgos de mayor relevancia se desarrollarán estrategias desde el servicio de fonoaudiología para identificar de forma temprana condiciones relevantes y poder realizar intervenciones preventivas o en estados tempranos.
