Characterization of culture in Colombian companies

This work presents the approach that a researcher from the academy and referenced in the real sector makes on the concept of organizational culture, the validation of a proposed methodology for its knowledge and the results of application in 40 companies allow him to propose a model to characterize the culture in Colombian companies. Such applications have been made through undergraduate and graduate work with students of the different programs of the faculty of ad
