Description

This certification program was based on the immersion of the professional linked to an insurance company in the treatment of the problem of DME from real and simulated cases, these cases provided the participant with the practical skills necessary to develop differentiated diagnoses based on the validation of the needs of users.
The participating professional learned how to organize a knowledge base in DME, while being trained in the application and interpretation of the toolbox, in order to prepare a plan for a project of modification of work situations based on the needs of the users, and to analyze the needs of these with a methodology of integral analysis of work situations.
