“We take care of those who care” is a multi-level strategy that seeks to preserve the impact on the mental health of health workers at the Mederi hospital in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. Joint inter-institutional coordination is required to carry out the proposed activities. It is based on the generation of institutional recommendations based on learning that are emerging in the experiences of hospital teams around the world to optimize work environments in the current situation, training and assistance are also proposed via remote access, in addition to the articulation of other nodes support such as online groups, directing to teleconsultation, virtual communities, information centers, among others.

It is intended to carry out a rapid response program that integrates recommendations and interventions for the promotion and prevention of mental health problems for the health professionals of the Mederi Hospital in the current situation of a Covid 19 pandemic.
