Project Details
Description
The turbulence of the environment has been studied for over 60 years by management literature. During this time, it has been possible to identify factors generating turbulence and document cases of companies that have successfully managed this phenomenon. According to Rivera (2010), despite the progress made, there are still issues to be explored, specifically regarding the management of turbulence in situations of extreme adversity.
