Building a baseline to understand the situation of women in the Latin American legal academia.

Project: Research Project

Project Details

Description

This project aims to structure a preliminary baseline of the situation of women in the legal academy in Latin America.

The research will focus on two or three Latin American countries and will collect information through a survey that will be designed specifically for these purposes.

The Alas Network provides an environment that will facilitate the dissemination of the survey in the selected countries.

Since its members come from different Latin American countries, they have valuable information about which universities to go to and how to do it.

Organizing and processing the information collected during the project will contribute to a better understanding of the situation of women in the legal academy in Latin America and the obstacles they face in this environment.
