Bilateral corneal perforation and iris prolapse as a complication non- peripheral ulcerative keratitis in a patient with fulminant Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis. A Case Report.

Objective: Indicate a case of granulomatosis with polianangeitis (GPA) with fulminant phenotype, degraded by ocular and systemic manifestations.
Methods: Case report and literature review.
Results: Report of a case of a 58-year-old male patient diagnosed with GPA who presented with ocular and systemic manifestations that led to a fulminant advance of the disease.
Conclusion: Early diagnosis and an interdisciplinary approach are the results in patients with atypical manifestations of GPA, since it is a life-threatening entity
