Description
This research seeks to analyse the way in which the country's most important national and regional newspapers have presented the causes of Amazon deforestation in Colombia and its possible solutions in order to not only characterise the political discourses on the issue, but also to promote an open public debate among interested actors. The aim is to promote a content and discourse analysis to understand the political complexity of Amazon deforestation, characterise the discourses on the issue and identify dominant and alternative discourses.
