Labor harassment is a figure that exists parallel to work, but, unlike work, it has only recently begun to be studied and normalized. It is of great interest and importance to carry out a project dedicated only to this social and labor problem. It is fundamental to make the analysis from the legal perspective since most of the research is derived from other disciplines such as psychology and psychiatry.
