Colombia, following the adoption of the reform process of its health system, generated inequities in access to health services, a situation that is equally reflected in rehabilitation services. In addition to this problem, there is the reduced vision of rehabilitation, the scarce identification of their needs based on the recognition of the vision of the actors involved and the low intersectoral response to their multiple demands.
