Description
The aim of this project is to analyse whether the politics of memory generated through the transitional justice institutional initiatives of the governments of Álvaro Uribe and Juan Manuel Santos (constitutional, legal and jurisprudential reforms) in effect respond to the ideals of democratic citizenship and to the recognition of the damage suffered by citizens who have been victims of the armed conflict.
