  1. To develop in students’ skills for the identification, formulation and resolution of complex organizational problems.
  2. To study the theoretical-conceptual frameworks, techniques, models and methodologies of the complexity sciences and their application both to decision-making and problem-solving processes within organizations, and to organizational (academic) research.
