Description:
The purpose of the research institute is to contribute through research, teaching and extension to the construction of a pluralistic and inclusive democratic culture, committed to values such as dignity, autonomy, equity, solidarity, transparency and environmental protection
Objectives:
- Turn the institute into a national and international reference for research and training in citizenship, applied and professional ethics, and bioethics.
- Design and execute ethical and citizenship training programs at all educational levels and in different areas of society.
- Promote dialogue in the different spheres of civil society around the ethical problems we face.
- Contribute to the construction of more just and democratic forms of organization through the development of consultancies and advisory services in both the public and private sectors around ethical issues.
