The main purpose of the seedbed is to foster in the participants an investigative interest in the gender, race and ethnic gaps that exist in our country, in addition to being able to provide students with useful tools for the preparation of the data, the specification of models and the causal analysis that can be found for the preparation of technical documents.
Among the specific objectives are: - Promote interest in analyzing the socioeconomic and sociodemographic conditions that influence gender gaps. - Raise awareness of the importance of the inclusion of the LGBTIQ+ gender. - Strengthen skills in statistical packages for their application in technical documents. - Expand the spectrum of issues addressed within the analysis of economics of equity and gender.
