Research Incubator: Theories of Justice

Description:

The research incubator seeks to have thematic breadth, since it is a pluralistic space in which multiple theoretical-political conceptions can enter into dialogue and be contrasted. It is up to the members of the research group themselves, according to their convictions, reasoning and concerns, to freely and respectfully delimit the objects of research

Objetives:

1. To develop a space for the discussion of ideas on value judgments applicable to contemporary legal institutions in order to concretize the writing of monographs based on contemporary theories of justice.
2. Conduct spaces for discussion among students using the literature of the discipline with a special emphasis on socio-distributive justice at both the domestic and cosmopolitan levels
3. Prepare papers as part of the students' research to be presented in spaces such as internal and external political philosophy competitions.
4. Organize reading groups and lead the consolidation of spaces in which theories of justice are debated and disseminated.
5. Accompany the development of the writings that are requirements to pass the subject so that they are constructed in stages dialogued with the group and defended argumentatively to promote the joint construction of knowledge.
