Work is one of the main activities in human life and occupies much of the time during adulthood. It is also a source of socialization and learning for people, in addition to being a factor that gives guidance, protection and identity to people. This hotbed respond to the growing interest in the role of psychology in the context of work, for this reason, the activities to be developed will be: review and discuss the concepts of stress, well-being, quality of life, job satisfaction, informality, underemployment, unemployment and precariousness; review of academic articles and articles of general interest on work and organisations; participation in research projects; fostering spaces for discussion and reflection with students and professionals/academics in the area; analysis of documentaries and films related to work, among others.

Objectives:

To generate a space for dialogue, reflection and research in which students can propose, develop and be accompanied/with their interests in the field of positive organizational psychology, the psychology of work and organizations and the psychology of occupational health.
