Training purpose of the seedbed: To encourage and support the development of research and analytical skills in the area of International Political Economy.
Mission: To foster research and critical analysis skills and abilities in the area of International Political Economy from a Latin American and multidisciplinary approach where students, professors, researchers, and alumni develop applied research projects and activities.
Objectives
General
- To foster a research culture oriented to the development of skills and the obtaining of results, providing spaces for collaboration, critical analysis, argumentation, and the dissemination of results.
Specific
- Strengthen the analytical and communicative competencies of the students of the seedbed.
- Generate a collective learning environment that combines theoretical and practical elements.
- Conduct workshops on data management, project formulation, and forms of collaboration with the public and private sectors.
- Disseminate the results of the work developed in the seedbed through virtual and printed media, lectures, and seminars.
Seminar profile: Multidisciplinary Seminar whose object of study is International Political Economy.
Methodology of work: Independent group work with advice and support from the seedbed tutor.
Active lines or projects: Finance and development.
Disciplines of the research group: International Relations, Economics, Political Science.
