Description:
The CIGGUR GeniURos Seedbed constitutes a community that develops different activities aimed at fulfilling the stated objectives. In this context, the seedbed group holds meetings that allow critical analysis of literature, development of laboratory activities, generates research ideas and develops projects framed in formative research. It has the participation of students from different semesters and belonging to different schools of the university.
Objectives:
- Develop in the students of the Universidad del Rosario competencies and skills in the formulation, development, analysis of results and preparation of academic products.
- Generate formative research strategies aligned with institutional routes.
- Develop interdisciplinary work skills among undergraduate and graduate students at the Universidad del Rosario.
Research Lines:
- Pharmacogenomics.
- Functional genomics of common pathologies.
- Molecular cancer medicine.
- Clinical genetics and dysmorphology.
