El Semillero is a space of study and research for students of the Faculty of International, Political and Urban Studies as well as students from other Faculties and graduates of the Universidad del Rosario, interested in issues related to Public Management.

Seedbed Profile: This seedbed seeks to work on social innovation and public management with a theoretical and practical focus on the most recent developments in this field. Additionally, it will explore the advances in building the most influential innovation laboratories today. With this work the seedbed intends to support the DemoLab of the Council of Bogota.

Work methodology:
Review of secondary sources
Analysis of academic publications
Transversal approach based on evolutionary theory.
Weekly meetings for the construction of collective knowledge
Work with the Nvivo and Micmac platform

Active lines or projects:
- Construction of the research essay: An approach to social innovation from social action.
- Alliance for research and systematisation of information with the citizen laboratory of public innovation of the Council of Bogotá.
