Work is one of the main activities in human life and occupies a large part of the time during adulthood. It is, in turn, a source of socialization and learning for people, as well as being a factor that gives orientation, protection and identity to them. This academic space is aligned with the growing interest in the role of psychology in the context of work, for this reason, the main objective of this will be to generate a space for dialogue, reflection and research in which students can propose and develop their ideas in the field of organizational psychology, the psychology of work and organizations and the Psychology of Occupational Health. Some of its activities will be:
- Review the concepts of stress, well-being, quality of life, job satisfaction, informality, unemployment and precariousness.
- Review of academic articles and articles of general interest about work and organizations.
- Discussion with experts.
- Analysis of documentaries and films related to work.
