Center for Studies in Equality, Labor and Social Mobility

Mission:

The main aspiration of the Center for Studies in Equality, Labor and Social Mobility of the Universidad del Rosario is to carry out teaching, research and extension activities with the aim of expanding the portfolio of academic services and innovation in the field of equality, labor and social mobility, teaching work, social and economic inclusion and economic sectors that contribute to sustainability.

Objectives:

1. Create and consolidate academic work alliances with universities and institutions at national and international level around equality, labor and social mobility.
2. Manage research, teaching and extension projects around the topics of equality, labor and social mobility.
3. Generate new knowledge around equality, labor and social mobility, as a result of research processes with internal and external funding.
4. Develop actions of social appropriation and Public dissemination of science that positions the Center's issues before the community and public policy makers.
5. Contribute to the training of human resources in the topics of interest to the Center.
